Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Bright Horizons Occupational Therapy provides OT services to children in the Regina area. Therapy will take place at Regina Speech Centre (1321 Hamilton Street) where we rent out a clinic room. Home visits may be able to be accommodated, please contact us for further information.

Cost of Services (as of July 1, 2023)

Phone/Email Inquiry – complimentary
Written Report – billed at $140/hour

At Regina Speech Centre:

Assessment/Treatment – $140/hour

Please note: One hour appointments are now 50 minutes in length in order to clean and sanitize all equipment used and complete session notes.

Home/School/Daycare Visits:

Assessment/Treatment – $140/hour + mileage/travel costs (please contact us for more information)

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, cash or e-transfer to ashley@brighthorizonsot.ca.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cover business costs, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, regardless of the reason for cancellation, will be billed at half the rate of the session. No shows will be billed at the full rate of the session.

Extended Health Insurance Plans

Occupational therapy may be covered by your private health insurance plan. Please contact your provider to determine if OT is covered. Receipts for services will be issued after payment has been received.
